Ear plugs! Hilarious. I wanted a saxophone more than anything when I was about 12 years old. It didn't matter that I didn't have a musical bone in my body; I just really liked the sound it made.
Unfortunately, when I blew into it, it sounded nothing like the sax player from Huey Lewis & The News, and it gave me a horrible headache from blowing so hard! Good thing it was a rental.
I loved this. Actually yesterday I had my first breakthrough "I actually might like the saxophone" moment when I was listening to Teddy Afro on YouTube.
I am sorry. My father used to groan when I practiced the sax. Said it sounded like a dying cow. Hopefully your daughter is more gifted than my father's was. :)
Boy meets Girl. Girl moves in. Boy marries Girl. Boy and Girl try to start a family. Girl is pregnant. Girl is not pregnant. Repeat. Girl gets cancer. Boy and Girl keep trying. Nine Years later, they may be getting close. Only Time will Tell...
So cute. What a special holiday this will be and if the saxaphone does arrive, I hope it does come with earplugs for mom :)
