To those moms still waiting...
Your day to eat misshapen, undercooked pancakes made by a small person in footie pajamas, is just around the corner. Hang in there.
My mom is nineteen in the above photo. Doesn't she look ten?!

Today I will resist the impulse to deck any woman in a festive hat carrying a free rose.
I will instead, do something that makes me feel much better; give thanks for the incredible gift of having two healthy, loving moms to call my own.
I am lucky.
