I can't even put into words how excited I am for you. I am on the edge of my seat waiting to see Ethiopia through your eyes. Godspeed. Now go get those babies. xoxo
Awesome! It looks so great. It seems like you did a bunch since I was there two days ago. Now, what is Mom going to do for 2 weeks? She won't have anything to work on in her nesting.... I am guessing she will think of something. Safe trip...hug those sweeeties and bring them home SOON so we can hug them, too!
Julie- The rooms look so wonderful and inviting. All that is needed are those two little ones to make it completely perfect. While you are in Ethiopia whisper or shout love to all of the little ones for whom we wait. You are almost there!!! Congratulations world, an awesome family is about to make their debut.
Daniel and I wish you and Steven a joyous and soul-filling journey to meet your little ones and marinate in the land that blossomed their little spirits. I, too, got all teary-eyed seeing their rooms ready to go.
Soak in each moment, inhale deeply those first breaths when their hearts beat with yours, cherish the first times their hands caress your faces.
I am just so happy for you both and enthralled to see your posts upon return...but I'll be patient!
Your home is alive with a hope and love that I have not seen before!! I think M &m will be overwhelmed by the joy all around them. I think next they will notice the TOTALLY amazing toys!!! Happy travels sweet friend.
Oh how gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! Everything is so bright and airy! Great job, my fellow last-minuter. I can't believe you're leaving tomorrow. Can't believe it. Will be anxious to hear news.
It's perfect! It's ready! I can see all the love that was poured into each item, each decoration, each placement. I can't wait to see your son and daughter playing in their new, forever spaces. God bless you guys. May the universe wrap her arms around you on this amazing journey! May the stars watch down on you and keep you safe! May the love of your ancestors that have moved on from this world provide you with strength as they go with you on this journey! May your marriage strengthen the moment you become a family together! May your heart grow 10 sizes too big! Hug hug hug!
I love it. It is just perfect for M and m. There really is no way for me to tell you just how excited I am for you. Safe travels, relish every minute and just think in a few days they will be in your arms forever.
I can't wait to know that the sweet little nursery is littered with books and socks, and wonderfully messy art projects thick with finger paint and glitter. Bet you can't wait either.
I looked at your pictures while listening to the song you posted on fb. Crying! (Of joy, don't worry!)
I've been thinking of you all yesterday and today. This is really happening! Your house looks ready, as I know your heart has been ready for a long time.
Sending prayers/wishes/hopes out for an amazing trip and an amazing new beginning.
You are ready! In fact, I bet your little ones are checking it all out right now. Congratulations, and a huge welcome home, to the rest of your life. :)
Boy meets Girl. Girl moves in. Boy marries Girl. Boy and Girl try to start a family. Girl is pregnant. Girl is not pregnant. Repeat. Girl gets cancer. Boy and Girl keep trying. Nine Years later, they may be getting close. Only Time will Tell...
Every thing looks ready and wonderful, the house just needs the whole family back home!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the beginning of forever.
