Sunday Garden Tour- A Day Late









We grilled the zucchini. The zucchini and squash blossoms were stuffed with cheese and cilantro, and then fried with onions and butter.

Habesha garden yummy-ness.

Please don't ask about the tef. We ran out of space, and it was relegated to a too small area. It is growing, but we will be planting more.

Still plenty of chard...

  1. The only thing we seem to be able to grow is Zucchini...one hundred and fifty million zucchini(s?). I mean how many ways can you make Zucchini :) No, I have not tried Zucchini Cheesecake yet. Your garden is beautiful and the Fried blossoms look delish!!

  2. Patrick knows how to cook chard. We have it a lot over the summer but I have no idea what he does with it before it shows up on my plate. Some sort of sautee-ing I think.

  4. Oh, it is heaven. All of it, I mean, but especially the cooked stuff. The loot! I planted my tef seeds the other day. Hope they come up. I didn't exactly know what to do with them so I covered them lightly with dirt and watered it. I love a garden tour.
