How Much Love...

How much love can you stuff in a one gallon Ziploc?

I am going to need some help from Jana.

I am working on more words, I promise.

If you don't already know, our proposal was for a girl, 2 1/2, and a boy who turns five months old today... M & m.

Happy Birthday baby.

  1. Your picture brings me to tears. No words needed. I just stared at that picture and imagined M and m seeing your smiling faces and wrapped snuggly in the clothes. It is Goodness.

  7. You might be setting a record for the most love in a bag ever. Is that a tape recording with your voices? Gursha covered photo album? It all looks so thoughtful and perfect and comforting for little M&M.

  13. Yup, a whole lot will fit in there. Roll the outfits and suck out the air w/ a straw and you're home free.
I'm 1 mos in-country, so would be happy to drop off a larger care package (take w/ us w/ donations) if you'd like.

  19. Oh for the love of all things holy here I am a [Insert Blue Streak of Cursing]steaming mess of tears over this picture of your care packages! Between this and Cazadora's pictures of homecoming and Dandies'courtdate - I feel all a flutter with giggles, tears and hope.

Dear Holy Mysteries of the Universe, please, please, please send a courtdate quicker than quick, faster than fast, bring these young habesha home with godspeed - which is presumably faster than light.

  34. Ohhhhh, you can stuff a lotta love in that little bag. And you are so ready to go. I'm so happy that you got the very young children that you so wanted. My thoughts are with you for less waiting and more action through court (not following my example . ..)

  35. Julie,
Think small. Think young. Think structure. Read EVERYTHING you can on toddlers (if you havn't already).
I have no doubt your support system is fantastic- but if you don't have anyone you know that has adopted two of different ages at once, feel free to email!
Much love, huge hugs and big hopes for a rediculously speedy court process!!!!
