Hair Today...

A bit nervous.

Better call in reinforcements.

Like a friend from Russia.

Have a lollipop.

Take a deep breath.

Call in more reinforcements.

Get ice cream.

He did it! We did it! It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It was just a haircut! Why was I so worried?

He is so grown up.

He is so handsome.

He has no split ends.

    He will always be handsome—afro or shaved head. That boy is just plain beautiful (as is his sister). And good for you for working that afro. As soon as I could cut all of Carter's hair off, I did. I just couldn't deal with the hair thing. Now that I want him to grow his hair into a massive afro or a cool mohawk, he says, "No, Mom. Just cut it all off!"

    It looks so good! I always thought his hair looked beautiful, but removing those split ends just brought it to a new level of awesome.

    Love it! I have grown my son's out since he came home a year ago. It is not nearly as long as M's but we are having fun doing some hair do's now. M is just a beautiful boy
